Ordering and Checkout
How do I place an order?
Browse our flower bouquets, bento cakes, flower and cake bundles or gift baskets, add your choice to the cart and complete checkout. For custom orders, contact our team before ordering.
Can I schedule my order for a future date?
Yes. You can choose your preferred delivery date and time slot during checkout, subject to availability.
Can I include a personal message with my order?
Yes. You can add a complimentary message card during checkout, and we will include it with your gift.
Can I add a cake, teddy bear or balloons to my order?
Yes. Every bouquet page has an add on section where you can include a bento cake, a layer cake, a teddy bear or balloons in the same delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including secure online payment options.
Delivery
Do you offer same day delivery?
Yes, same day delivery is available across Lahore for orders placed before our daily cutoff time, subject to availability. Delivery charges are calculated by location and shown at checkout.
Do you offer late evening surprise deliveries?
Yes. Choose the 9 PM to 11 PM surprise delivery slot at checkout to have your gift arrive in the evening.
What if the recipient is not available?
Our delivery team will try to contact the recipient or the sender. If delivery cannot be completed, a re-delivery fee may apply.
Do you deliver outside Lahore?
We deliver across Lahore. For any other location, enter the delivery address at checkout or contact us to confirm availability before ordering.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on your selected date and time slot, the delivery location, traffic and the type of order. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout whenever possible.
Customization and Product Quality
Do you offer customized bouquets and cakes?
Yes. We create customized bouquets, acrylic flower totes, bento cakes and gift combinations. For a cake made to your own design, order our custom photo bento cake, or share your requirements with us before placing your order.
Why does my order look slightly different from the website photos?
Fresh flowers are natural products, and availability changes with the season. Minor variations in flower types, colors, wrapping and decorations may occur while the overall design and quality stay the same.
Are your flowers fresh?
Yes. Every bouquet is handcrafted with fresh flowers and arranged on the day of delivery.
How do I care for my flowers?
Keep your bouquet in a cool place away from direct sunlight and heat. Place the stems in clean water where possible and change the water regularly to help your flowers stay fresh for longer.
Cancellations and Returns
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time, provided preparation has not started. Customized and same day orders cannot be cancelled once preparation has begun.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because our products are perishable and often customized, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or significantly different from the confirmed order, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos so we can verify it.
