1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

2. Products

* All bouquets, floral arrangements, cakes, and gifts are subject to availability.
* Every product is handcrafted using fresh flowers and premium materials.
* Product images are for reference purposes only.

3. Color & Design Disclaimer

At SeeThru Blooms, every bouquet, cake, and gift is handcrafted with care. As we use fresh flowers and handmade decorations, slight variations in flower varieties, colors, wrapping, ribbons, cake decorations, finishing, and packaging may occur due to seasonal availability and the handmade nature of our products.

While we make every effort to recreate the selected design as closely as possible, minor variations that do not materially affect the overall appearance, style, quality, or value of the product shall not be considered defects and are not eligible for a refund, replacement, or exchange.

If any flower, decoration, packaging material, or accessory shown in the product image is unavailable, SeeThru Blooms reserves the right to substitute it with a similar item of equal or higher quality while maintaining the overall design, theme, and aesthetic of the arrangement.

4. Pricing

* All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
* Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
* Delivery charges and any applicable taxes will be displayed during checkout.

5. Orders

* Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or confirmation by SeeThru Blooms, where applicable.
* We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or any other legitimate reason.

6. Customized Orders

* Customized bouquets, cakes, and personalized gifts are prepared according to the customer’s requirements.
* Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all customization details before confirming their order.
* Once preparation has started, customized orders cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or refunded except as stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Payments

We accept the payment methods displayed on our website. All online payments are processed through secure payment providers.

8. Delivery

* Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
* Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
* SeeThru Blooms is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer or the recipient’s unavailability.
* Additional delivery charges may apply if re-delivery is required.

9. Cancellations

* Orders may be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time, provided preparation has not started.
* Same-day, customized, and personalized orders cannot be cancelled once preparation has begun.

10. Returns & Refunds

Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Due to the perishable and customized nature of our products, returns and refunds are only available in eligible cases after verification.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, product images, graphics, text, designs, branding, and other materials, is the property of SeeThru Blooms and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SeeThru Blooms shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant order.

13. Force Majeure

SeeThru Blooms shall not be responsible for any delay or failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, road closures, accidents, public holidays, government restrictions, strikes, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.

14. Privacy

Your personal information is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to These Terms

SeeThru Blooms reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon publication on our website.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pakistan.
